Hi Don, I first heard your Live in Concert recording when my parents were getting a divorce and I was suicidal.  A man from a Christian coffee shop let me borrow your tape.  I wore it out and had to buy him a new one!  Today my 4 children listen to your CD and we all claim it is our over all favorite collection of songs.  It blessed me tonight to be hunting for it and have my 14 year old daughter bring it out of her room.  She knows every song by heart.  When I finally found a grace message I knew I was loved no matter what... And I knew God was not mad but calling out to us to believe in His unfailing, unconditional love.  Because of this message I am alive- -and laugh every morning and smile everyday.

I can't even begin to tell you how many times I heard your songs and how much they helped to teach me about God's extravagent love during my younger years. Even to this day songs that I have heard 100 times touch me and help me open my soul so God can give me a big warm hug.... Your songs help me to remember that God's love is truley unconditional.  I plugged "Don Francisco" into a search engine tonight, remembering an old CD that my Mom had and that I used to listen to. I found this site, heard some of the old songs, and read through the articles and things that are here.

I often wonder what my life would have been like if I had not decided to listen to "High Praise" that blessed morning. Instead of a scared and aching need and hope for Jesus, I have a heart that is filled up with Him and the daily sermons and teachings that I get from your music have changed my life and given me the opportunity to share the love and joy with so many others. While I was raised in a church, I've all but stopped going except for certain occasions when I'm back home. I was struck, however, by the message that you bring of freedom, purpose, and forgiveness in Christ. I was listening to "I Dont Care Where You've Been Sleepin" while I folded my laundry, and found myself just crying. Listening to the lyrics, I felt a hope that I had never even realized that I'd lost.

Last week I drove a limo for a wedding and while the wedding was taking place, I sat outside and listened to a copy of He's Alive. I was greatly moved and spent some time with the LORD in my limo... As I listened to the words of some of the songs, I just broke. Or I should say my LORD broke through to me. I was ministered to through these songs.
That night I found your website and ordered the CD He's Alive. I was thrilled to see it in my mail box already and am listening to it now.

Thank you so much for coming to Maine. Being at your concert in New Gloucester was like standing in a waterfall of God's love. I've been touched by your music for over 20 years. I've had Don's early tapes and worn them out, and even one from Wendy and Mary. We always had music on in the car when we drove anywhere, so our 2 sons were raised with your music and voices...Your ability to take us into the story and show us the heart of God is such an incredible gift. I can't begin to express how God refreshed me through that evening of music and reminded me of what God has done for us through Jesus. Wendy, There are no words to describe how beautiful this song, "We Will Ride" is and how much we love it!  I've listened to it about 7 or 8 times today alone. Tears were flowing at the end of the song and if I hadn't stopped myself I would've been sobbing like a baby!!!  What an awesome, beautiful, touching, faith-affirming story.  Possibly the best song you've ever written and that is saying alot!  Sheldon
Since I was 19, I have looked at parts of the Bible, and tried to picture what it was like to be there, to be a part of it.  When I found your music and heard your songs doing the same thing, it struck a deep chord within me.  The songs, "He's Alive" and "Too Small a Price" have seen me through some very dark times in my life.  I just want you to know that you and your music have meant a lot to me. Thank you for sharing your love of God with me (and all others who hear your music).  Janella

I wanted to share what a tremendous blessing Don’s music has been in my life. Twenty-two years ago, I was away from the Lord and my girlfriend at the time (my wife today) gave me a tape of “The Live Concert” to listen to. That album brought the love and power of Christ alive to me and forever changed my life. I ended up stopping my car and getting on my knees before the Lord and turned my life back over to Him. Since that time, I have followed the Lord and have been active in supporting the church music ministry through the years. Recently, I sang and played a few of Don’s songs in Church that have meant so much to me over the years and have seen these songs minister to others the same way they did to me.Thank you Don and Wendy for sharing with the Body of Christ the great gift that God has given you. It is because of your music that I learned to push my singing voice and mold it into what it is today. It is because of your music that I picked up a guitar and learned to play.
